This group is open to all birthing people regardless of birthplace. It is a safe and judgment free space to support you in your postpartum and the creation of your postpartum plan that feels most aligned for you and your family.
One time payment for the whole six weeks - $185.
In a six week series we offer weekly themes taught by Taya Mohler LM, CPM and Shiela VanDerveer LM, CPM. In the group we explore a variety of practical and nourishing practices for all stages of the first year of postpartum. We ask that you commit to the full six weeks to help maintain and protect the intimacy of the group. We of course understand if you can’t make a meeting and you will be welcome to the full six week series if yo attend the first one. There is a guided mediation and personal check in at the start of each circle that incorporates some writing and relaxation techniques and practices for you and your baby.
